“Hotel in good location and acceptable funitures.Little improvement needed on hygine and hospitality”

The view from the room is good. The toiletries are good. Water heater enough hot. Good TV condition. Channels and sound are clear and acceptable. Buggy riders greet with smile. 1)The are small flies in the restaurant during breakfast. 2)we booked 2 days. We dont want to go for breakfast the next day. So, we request to claim the coupons on the 1st day. The staffs refused and asked to pay for the additional 2 person. End of the day, the restaurant have too many flies. Kids meal are charged. But there wasnt any milo for kids. Option available, coffee, cappuccino and tea at the beverages. I request if can prepare milo or cocoa drink for kids, the staff refused. 3) There are cat in the restaurant during breakfast. can take action to keep pets and pest away from dining area. 4) Food are ok but not really up to hotel standard. Can improve in this. 5) The balconies are dirty. Staff only cleaning room and left be only dirty with animals drops and some stains. 6)It would be better if staffs can greet with little smiles. 7)Lift carpet is wet and smelly. 8)Hotel guest are seen wearing random cloths in the pool instead of proper swimming cloths. Lack of hygine. 9)There are small fries in bathroom as well as in cupboard. 10)Bowling area, smelly and all equipment and facility are oily(sweets)

Check-in process was smooth. Cleanliness of utensil and bathroom can be improved
