The hotel is close to all services, but it doesn’t deserve a star; smoke smells from every corridor, even the reception, the furniture is old and somewhat shabby.

Thanks to the staff who were genuinely kind, especially Mr. Nour at reception, Mr. Raed in customer service, and the two Mr. Mohammeds who cleaned the rooms. The rooms were clean, and music played in the hallway. However, some finishes like the bathroom door and the laundry rope felt subpar compared to a hotel like Londerina, and breakfast was not excellent.
