The reception staff were extremely courteous, offering me hospitality. Everything else was fine.
Nothing was good; the cleanliness of the apartments was lacking.

The hotel cancelled my confirmed reservation, and when I arrived they told me there were no vacant rooms. I told them I would file a complaint, and they sent an email confirming the cancellation, but I wasn’t informed until I spoke to the front‑desk staff.

The apartments were bad, the bathroom walls were leaking and the tiles were cracking! The parking garage elevator didn’t work, and the rooms smelled like low cleanliness and were very modest. I asked for a double bed and was shocked to find two single beds combined, which made sleeping uncomfortable; the family was bad, the floor was broken and uncomfortable.
