Tamrazen retreat

Despite being off the main road, the property remains peaceful; it’s modern, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, surf schools, transport links, etc. The terrace offers lovely ocean views where you can watch beautiful sunsets. I should mention the tasty and varied breakfast each morning and the yummy Friday‑night couscous. Above all, the staff are very friendly and accommodated a late checkout, which we really appreciated. I highly recommend it.

“The room was clean, but the small, noisy accommodation, missing amenities, disappointing breakfast and dismissive servic”

I couldn't find the hostel because there was no sign at the entrance. The double room and bathroom were tiny, and there was no soap or shampoo. No towels came with the room; when I asked, they offered only hand towels and said a bath towel would cost €7. They also asked for a €10 deposit for the keys. The room was noisy, especially when other guests showered. The balcony doors didn’t close properly, so I worried about my valuables. Breakfast was so bad I skipped it the next day – no milk, bread, or water, and no fruit juice even though it was listed. When I asked for water, I was told I’d have to pay. When I complained about the water charge, the manager said they were running a business and that this was how it worked. I found his response dismissive and unfriendly.

“Great location”

We had a fabulous stay here! The place is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast on the rooftop was a real highlight – delicious, fresh, and different every morning, with such a lovely atmosphere. Honestly, the photos don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person, with so much attention to detail throughout. And of course, a special mention to Fatima, the sassy resident cat who definitely knows she’s the star of the place! 🐈‍⬛😸 Would absolutely recommend staying here and would happily come back! ❤️ I wasn’t there long enough.
