The kitchenette had everything we needed, the room was immaculate, and the shower was roomy and refreshing; it’s in a leafy suburb. However, most restaurants are a bit far on foot, though there are great spots nearby like Slurp Ramen Bar, and the desk and table in the room feel a bit excessive and take up too much space.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay in Stellenbosch and were thrilled to choose this place; my boyfriend fell ill during our visit, but Francisca went above and beyond to arrange medication, and the air conditioning and pool were lifesavers during a heatwave, keeping us comfortable. Francisca and her husband are warm, welcoming, and truly lovely, and their adorable dog Max is a sweet bonus. We would definitely recommend this spot.

The location and the tips Francisca gives about beautiful places to visit, like having breakfast at Lanzarac Wine Estate, are great. The pool, though, gets cold at night because it isn’t covered.
