The kitchen staff, housekeeping, and front desk were all excellent from start to finish, handling every question and need perfectly without any complaints; only drawback was that the location was a bit far from both the usual center and the historic center, but it didn't ruin the stay or the quality of the lodge.

The breakfast was good. From the room, there was a strong mold smell, a lot of mosquitoes, and I had to ask for insecticide on the outlet; the bed was very hard, so a pillow‑top on the mattress and thicker pillows would help.
I was very happy with my stay! Ilana delivered excellent service, being very attentive and helpful. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, letting me sleep well. The location was great, the facilities were solid, and the staff were polite. I recommend it!
