It simply wasn’t clean.

The location was perfect for walking to Ao Nang’s center, but some aging details—like the rusty slide rail in the pool—caught our eye, and the kids’ playground offered little.

Everything else was fine, but a receptionist who got nervous over language barriers and seemed impatient with us and the translator left us a bit uncomfortable.

The pool rooms were lovely and spacious, we had an interconnecting room with our children, the breakfast staff were lovely, and the evening music was great, though the pool food was pricey as expected.
