The spot was spot on, right next to everything – just a 2‑minute walk to the beach and a 5‑minute stroll to Fantasy Island, plus a chippy and other takeaways right by the stay, not to mention all the shops and pubs. But the caravan itself was a mess: poor hygiene, leftover food, full bins, and other items left from previous tenants.

The lounge area was decent and the location was close to the beach. However, when I arrived the fridge and freezer were unclean, the shower tray was dirty, and the windows needed a wash. One of the deck chairs was nearly worn through, the sink in the shower room didn’t drain well, and the washing‑up bowl had seen better days. The single beds’ mattresses, some duvets, and pillows were all worn out and could use replacing.

The caravan was lovely and the owners were perfect, making for a great holiday.
