The credit toward pizza & desserts, the 2‑hour e‑bike offer, the boat tours right in front of the hotel, and the fact that the beach and many shops are within walking distance were great, but the housekeeper entered my room while I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door handle, claiming it had fallen on the ground; better signage is needed.

The staff were super courteous and accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed, yet I was annoyed that I had to use valet to park my car—an extra cost I hadn’t seen listed—and that I had to pay a $30 destination fee; the total cost ended up far higher than we expected, especially with two vehicles needing valet.

The property is beautiful, the roof bar offers a free cocktail each night, the location is great, and the staff were very friendly and let us check in early, but I wasn’t informed about the $30 resort fee per day and that parking costs $38 a day, and the pizza place downstairs is boring.
