“Établissement génial mais clients peu respectueux”

The location is really perfect, close to the metro and buses and less than 10 minutes on foot to Hongdae – just perfect for partying and shopping. The hotel guests don’t respect the establishment’s request regarding noise at night, which is a shame. The neighbors I had were shouting, laughing extremely loudly, slamming doors, and using a hair dryer between 11:30 and 4:00 am.

“Super clean but uncomfortable mattress!”

Very clean, extra towels, friendly staff, nice sitting area! The room is so small and the mattress could be more comfortable. They should send all the information by message here instead of making guests call on arrival to get the information about how to get inside the room.

“숙박할 만한 숙소”

Finding a private room near Hongdae like this isn’t easy. The surrounding area is fine, check‑in is convenient, and the basic facilities aren’t bad. The second‑floor rooms are better, but the first‑floor room is a bit damp. The air‑conditioner’s dehumidifier needs to run for 30 minutes in the morning and evening. Noise from neighboring rooms is a bit present, but external noise is generally low. The floor cleaning and room aren’t very clean.

“I will never come back”

The location is in the centre of Hongdae and close to the subway station. I had mold in my room and smelled so bad, I had to leave after one night. I found black hair on my bed and it wasn’t that clean. Also, my floor was the 3rd floor and I had 2 big luggages and there is no elevator. There is no reception; you have to call them by phone and they didn’t help me with the luggage at the check‑out as they promised because they were not close to the hotel and nobody could come and help me. This is absolutely crazy.
