The location is practically in the city center, and parking is inside the courtyard in a private garage. The breakfast was generous, and we appreciated Mr. Nando’s friendliness and willingness to help.

The owner was courteous and helpful, the room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, letting us sleep soundly. The spot is convenient for reaching the city center and for leaving early. Parking in the free private garage was super convenient. The breakfast was abundant, but only fresh fruit was offered, and on Sundays the croissant (very good) was the only fresh item; everything else was packaged. We had water in the fridge, but the bottles weren’t sealed. There was a lot of dust in the breakfast area, and too many displayed items that inevitably gather dust; if you don’t have time to clean, it would be better to remove them. The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly, including windows, baseboards, and outlets. The bathroom lacked hangers, and towels weren’t changed daily. The Wi‑Fi password was incorrect, so we couldn’t use it.

The host was welcoming and helpful, and the location is comfortable for reaching the Reggia di Caserta and downtown. Motorcycle parking is available.
