When I was about to sleep, I got called multiple times at 00:30/1 am. The next morning I received a flood of messages with dozens of tour offers that didn’t list prices. I wasn’t even given a moment to decide whether I was interested or what I wanted. When I had no internet, I instantly got “REPLY” messages. Because we wanted to think it over, I declined for now. Then a confirmed booking was rejected with the note “My friend, we apologize for not being able to accommodate you at the camp in the desert.” and we were told to cancel ourselves. Suddenly no direct reply came and we were ignored when we asked why we were forced to book something. They wanted 100 JD per person (about 120 €) for a nighttime tour after dinner, which included a quiet sitting around a fire. The transfer was supposedly free instead of 45 JD (although the booking said free parking was offered, it was far away and a costly transfer was needed, but that wasn’t mentioned). The dinner alone cost 15 JD, so we should only pay 85 JD for just sitting around a fire.
