Everything was perfect—just a few steps from Sirkeci, a rooftop with a great view, comfy sheets, and very friendly staff. I had a fantastic stay and would love to come back! The only downside was the same small breakfast each day, but that’s not a real flaw.

Nothing! The staff were a disaster; I thought they’d forbid us from bathing, eating, or sitting, everything was dirty, the toilet stank, nothing was cleaned, breakfast looked like kids were playing, staff walked around the hotel like we were road‑walkers, they claimed it was wheelchair‑accessible but it wasn’t even suitable for healthy people. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to—avoid it at all costs. Two old men who hate themselves and all guests, only screaming, guests are definitely unwanted.

I chose this spot for my last night in Istanbul; it’s in a central area but off the main road, so it’s not noisy. The room is a bit small but very clean, and the price includes breakfast, which is great value. When checking in, the front desk told me I’d booked the wrong night—previous night’s room—yet they verified the details, said it was fine, and opened the room for that day right away. Very friendly!
