The receptionist made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived, staying professional, warm, and friendly even with a constant stream of guests. The room was very comfortable and the bath was a relief after a long walk, but the restaurant staff seemed poorly trained, repeatedly ignoring the small people at the bar and slapping down spoons for our dessert; it wasn’t deliberately rude, just lacking the grace and charm that should come with service.
