No breakfast at all. The noise from other guests was unbearable; at midnight I asked them to turn the music off, they lowered it but kept making a lot of noise until 2 am. In the morning the house was filthy, with food leftovers in the kitchen and lounge and empty beer bottles everywhere. These were paying guests, but no management stepped in to fix the situation.

The staff were polite and always available when we needed them, the place was clean and offered good value for money. Nothing else.

The place looked nice but wasn’t cleaned or maintained properly; our door wouldn’t close and we had to keep pushing it each time. The bathroom was great, but there was no hot water the night we arrived. I liked the gate guard—very professional—but the cleaning staff were not. On Saturday morning they arrived around 8 am while my girlfriend was still sleeping and started making noise; I had to ask them to lower their voices. You didn’t give us everything you promised for the room I booked. Even the wine glass was never offered when we arrived, even though I don’t drink.
