The room was spacious, the transport to and from the ferry was friendly, and the staff were nice. The bathroom needs a renovation; the price‑for‑value doesn’t match our view (as often on the Local Island). Breakfast is fairly average.

The local island is away from mass tourism, nice for three days. The room is spacious and comfortable. The exchange rate is really unfair, devaluing the rupee against the dollar for local currency payments, which annoyed the host. The breakfast lacks variety and refinement. There are no lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoors.

The people were very friendly, the food was good, and they were very helpful. Beautiful wall art. It would have been better if it were a bit closer to Bikini Beach.

Anwar and Sharyf were super friendly and made us feel at home the whole vacation! The property is 200 m from the beach, the island is not touristy at all and you can get around in 10 minutes, the perfect setting for a getaway away from everything, complete relaxation. Anwar is a real artist! He painted two beautiful portraits of us on the beach, a lovely memory we’ll always keep! He’s also a great guide for snorkeling.

The location was good, and the snorkeling trip we took was nice. A nice boat was arranged to pick us up from Mathiveri, which was a nice touch. The strong push to pay everything in dollars, with a poor exchange rate for MVR, made using the local currency about 30 % more expensive. Being told that paying in dollars was a requirement, while the guesthouse we came from the same day happily accepted MVR, didn’t feel very transparent. Breakfast could be better – we were asked to fill out a form each day, but the breakfast didn’t match, by some mile.
