A fantastic hotel in a prime spot, just a stone's throw from the city, with a huge, lovely beer garden under an old chestnut tree, delicious food, and a very warm, friendly host who truly cares. I’d be back right away.

Great location, friendly hosts, good food. Carrying luggage up to the second floor can be a hassle.

The spot right at the city gate was superb, so we didn’t have to deal with traffic in the narrow downtown streets. The staff were helpful, attentive, and always humorous. The traffic outside the windows is already annoying.
