The hotel sits just a short walk from the main station and a tram stop that drops you into the old town in about ten minutes. My room was bright, very comfortable, and the bed was super comfy. The staff were genuinely cheerful and helpful throughout our stay, and the lobby buzzed with people sipping coffee and chatting.

The staff were courteous. There was no air conditioning at night, and daytime air was just a ventilation fan. It was still very hot as September turned into October. They suggested opening the window, but that caused a lot of noise and bright light that woke me up in the morning. Overall, I was disappointed.

The staff were very nice, and the parking garage is right next door—great value for money. The breakfast is excellent!

The location is perfect. The hotel has no air conditioning, only ventilation, so it was quite hot. There is no minibar or refrigerator in the room, and the room feels too small for a 4‑star hotel.
