There was no breakfast or even packaged snacks, which was a let‑down, although coffee was available. The Wi‑Fi seemed insecure for my phone and work laptop, constantly popping up messages that blocked me from logging in and using the internet.

We were told a crib would be available for our baby, but the crib they tried to give us was stained and crusted with bodily fluids. Then they made us pay extra for a room with an additional bed for our baby to sleep in
