Mohamed was a standout, going above and beyond to help with anything I needed.
The room was clean and tidied up daily, and we even had a kettle, safe, and two bottles of water.
The breakfast here was excellent - that's about all I have to say, but it's a good start.

“100% recommendation for families & solo travelers”
The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. I got there early in the morning and they offered breakfast and an earlier check‑in. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast had many options. There are restaurants and a 24/7 grocery nearby. It would be great to have a coffee machine in the breakfast area. The location is a bit remote from the city centre but reachable by public transport.
Not in the very centre, but taxis are cheap. The building is solid and the rooms are nice and comfy. It gives great value for money, and the small balcony is a nice touch with unique views of Baku’s distinctive architecture. Free parking is available, and the staff are very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast had a good variety but was fairly standard.
