The breakfast tasted good and the staff were kind, yet the toilet kept running and water leaked from the tank onto the floor; I told the front‑desk woman but nothing changed. My son ended up with bedbug bites all over his legs, and even after showing the front‑desk worker nothing happened.

I liked the location, but the room smelled bad, looked old and dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, and the A/C was loud and barely worked.

The location and breakfast were fine, but the bathrooms were not as clean as I expected, we were moved three times, and none of the TVs worked in any of the three rooms.

The bathroom was disgusting, with toothpaste still on the faucet handles from the previous guest, the bathtub was dirty, roaches were in the room, Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and there were stains on the sheets.
