Very bad, the place didn't exist. Be careful because when I arrived, the location was missing, no one answered the phone, and the staff were unaware of the place. I was robbed of my money; the way they stole it was shameless. At around 7 pm I had to find another place to stay, and it took me over three hours to locate the famous Naranjitox cabins.

The beds were good, but the reception was messy and they didn’t expect us; the hotel was closed. Fortunately, Jaun, the owner, handled everything efficiently.
