“Sobrevalorado”
The beds are quite comfortable. The breakfast is fine. The bathroom and room cleaning could be better, the towels smelled bad, the room wasn’t ready when we arrived a little late, the AC is old and works poorly, it’s very expensive for what the hotel is, the pool looked better in photos, and the location is not strategic.
“Atención por parte de la dueña , excelente siempre pendiente a que todo estuviera bien.”
The room was comfortable, clean, and matched the photos; the hotel was quiet and very convenient. However, when I arrived the front desk didn’t give me basic info like how to use the air‑con and TV or the breakfast hours, and the night staff said they didn’t have that information either. When the room was handed over we realized they did leave the controls, which felt rude. Also, the air was cold at night even though the room is small.
The hotel lived up to my expectations and the service was excellent. The weather was hot, though, and it felt very warm.
They were very friendly and attentive, but the stay was just too short.
Great location, very clean, delicious breakfast, and the room was comfortable.
