“Hotel comodo per visitare la bella città di Batumi”
The spot is great and the bed is comfy, but the breakfast was disappointing because it wasn’t international and only catered to local and Russian tourists – no sweet dishes or yogurt.

The hotel is close to both the beach and the historic center, the reception feels a bit old‑fashioned but is improving, so don’t judge by first impressions. The room is modern and cozy with a nice bathroom, fridge and terrace. Breakfast is plentiful at the back of the building, and the location makes it easy to reach attractions. The area is quiet and full of shops, making for a solid stay.

The location is ideal for a city stroll, the housekeeping does a proper job, and the room with a balcony is quiet, quite homely, and has a decent shower. Parking is tight and limited.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were like generous relatives who solve any problem and trust guests’ integrity, even feeding us outside normal hours and greeting us from the airport – a delight. Their teamwork in cleaning, cooking, and warm attitude was top‑level. The only shortcomings I could find were personal biases; my family loved everything.

Everything was fine. The location is perfect. The street is noisy, but it didn’t bother us. The furniture isn’t new, yet the hotel is clean and the staff are responsive and polite. Towels are changed daily. At reception, a guy named Georgi and a girl (I don’t know her name) do everything to make you feel welcome. Breakfast is good. Parking is available, which is very important in Batumi if you’re driving.
