Cleanliness and staff were good, and the check‑in and check‑out went smoothly.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, with a rich choice and variety of foods. When the coffee was finished and we asked for a refill, they did it right away. I can recommend this hotel! No complaints :)

I stayed at this hotel and it was quiet and clean, with a location that kept me away from traffic yet still close to major roadways. The pool and waterslide were in good condition, and when we had a problem with the pool one afternoon, the staff quickly increased the hot tub temperature and turned the waterslide back on. Midweek was a good choice because it wasn’t busy, and Anastasia was very helpful at check‑in. The only hiccup was that it was a bit hard to get someone from housekeeping to replace the hand soap.
The housekeeping staff knocked on my door and then tried to rush into my room right after banging on the door in a very rude manner.
