For a four‑star hotel I expected more.

The service was awful—sheets were stained and dirty, and the staff were rude. Only 400 ml of water was supplied for a four‑day stay, the air conditioning kept shutting off and restarting, and overall it definitely isn’t a four‑star property.

The reception staff were good, but the housekeeping staff left something to be desired.

The rooms were comfortable and practical, and the friendly staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was extensive and of very good quality. The location was great, about 300 m across the park from the metro and a short 10‑15 minute walk to Navigli. The air conditioning was a bit weak.
