The location is good. A frog was found on the way to the rooms. The first room we booked was dirty, dusty, and had old furniture.

The location, parking, shower, and cleaning were fine. The breakfast, service, rooms, linens, and mattresses were poor. I paid for a garden‑view room with a queen bed, but upon arrival I was shocked to find a combined room whose door offered no sound insulation at all; I could hear the neighboring room’s conversations and the TV loudly. The front desk moved us to a lower‑level room with a double bed, smaller than what I paid for, with peeling wooden doors and a side wall that had a piece of wood screwed on as if to cover a gap, yet there were still gaps. We found frogs in the room. The mattress was worn and the sheets were bad. I asked for an extra sheet and was given a blanket made from the same material as a hammock. I do not recommend this place.

“Hotel bom mas pode melhorar”

The hotel is spacious, airy, and roomy. Breakfast is average, and the meals are quite disappointing. The pillows are extremely firm, and the doors to the box and the balcony are broken.

The room’s bathroom door and front door looked awful, the shower was ancient, there was nothing in the mini‑fridge, and I hated it; I expected better for the price and the references.
