“Amazing views and staff”

The location was amazing; we arrived at sunset and the view from the room was breathtaking. The staff were kind and friendly, and the dinner and breakfast were more than enough in both quantity and quality. The room smelled odd in the morning, but opening the windows helped a lot—maybe it was the lake. The transfer from the port was not included in the price and we were not told we would have to pay for it. Paying with cards added a 5 % surcharge.

The room was huge and spacious with really comfortable beds and plenty of blankets for the cold night. It was very clean. The view to wake up to in the morning was lovely, and the patio was nice when the sun came out. Miguel was very responsive and kindly took us to and from the port; he and his wife were very hospitable. Breakfast was plentiful, and it was nice that dinner/lunch was an option if we wanted. We really enjoyed our stay. We felt quite pressured to do the tours, which were also quite pricey (we didn't do them in the end). Some hidden costs, like the boat transport each way, are fine but it would have been nice to be informed in advance.

I was blown away by the warm welcome at this hotel - the staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was super comfy, with a stunning view that I couldn't get enough of. The breakfast and dinner were also top-notch, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place without hesitation - it's a real gem.
