“Wouldn't recommend”

We were first given keys to room 400. When we opened the door, we found it already occupied – a suitcase, cooler, and clothes on the bed. The other occupants were gone, but the front‑desk man didn’t believe me at first. He eventually checked and returned with a new room, calling it an “upgrade.” The shower curtain rod was broken and hanging off the wall on both sides. There was a footprint on the shower ceiling and black mold in the right‑hand corner above the fridge. Most of the lights in the room didn’t work. I have photos if you want.

“Comfortable rooms. Horrible service.”

The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff, however, was questionable at best. No one was at the front desk when I checked in; the only staff member appeared when the phone rang. Our room’s soap dispenser was empty, so we had to get a new one from the cleaning lady. Breakfast was a disaster: the eggs were gone, and it took 20 minutes to refill them. The garbage cans were so full you couldn’t even jam another napkin in them, and nobody seemed to care. I tried to find the manager, but the front desk was still empty. The pool was closed. Overall, not a good experience; I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location offers plenty of space. Some of the trim was lying on the floor, and it looked moldy in spots.

The stay was clean and decent. Breakfast was okay, but I would have liked non‑pork options.
