The staff was fine, but the check‑in took forever and the room I booked turned out to be a different standard room; the one offered didn’t open, so they put me in another room that had no towels or water, and the restaurant food was bland.

I liked everything except the room was full of mosquitoes, so I didn’t sleep well all night and even came home with a bite.

The staff at reception are welcoming, attentive, and available; thanks for their kindness. They always tried to find solutions. Some of the servers at the restaurant were not very friendly. For the breakfast buffet the coffee was often cold, mugs were missing, but the buffet itself was varied.
