“Familienfreundliches Hotel und sehr gut für Disneyland oder Layoverreisen”
The staff were fantastic and incredibly friendly, always ready to help with advice, assistance, or concerns. It was our first time in Shanghai as a family, and the location is ideal for Disneyland; reaching the city center takes a bit longer but can be arranged easily via the Didi app. Breakfast was Chinese rather than international, which didn’t bother us. The beds are designed for Asian guests and may feel a bit firmer for Europeans. The amenities, including cosmetics, toiletries, and towels, exceeded the usual European standard, and the toothbrushes were top quality. The toilet was ultra‑modern, heated, and Japanese‑standard. There is no elevator, but the hotel staff simply carried items up, which didn’t bother us. The hotel feels family‑run, and most guests are of Chinese or Asian origin. Nothing negative; we felt very comfortable there.

They went out of their way to help, from ordering food to understanding your needs despite a language barrier. I didn’t dislike anything, just a suggestion: add fruit to the breakfast buffet and include one or two strictly vegetarian items to accommodate various dietary restrictions.

The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, even helping me set up a birthday room for my child. The room did not have a refrigerator.
A great family hotel where two adults and three kids fit comfortably. The hotel runs a bus to and from Disneyland. Breakfast is excellent. I’d recommend it. The only thing that could improve is having more hooks and hangers for clothes, but otherwise everything is fine.
