The location in Katong is great. We were next to the lift, so I worried about noise, but it was fine. Everything was easy. The pool was dirty, there were no hand towels and only tiny bath towels. Very little toilet paper was provided, and none when we asked. The staff were lovely, but the reception staff knew nothing about the area and we needed someone on hand whenever we wanted to refill water or go to the laundry.

The staff and Lauren were so nice and polite. We booked for two adults and two children (10/12 years old), but the booking system caused a misunderstanding and we had to sleep with one kid with us. The rest was fine.

A room that was spotless and had all the basics you’d need, and the décor really caught my eye. The breakfast offered a range of options, with Marta Della and pastries standing out as favorites. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay at Hotel Cellini.

The location is great, close to the train station and the city centre. The rooms were clean, well‑furnished, with a minibar, a kettle for coffee and tea, and the staff were helpful. The only issue was that you could hear a bit of noise from neighbouring rooms and music from the reception. The breakfast was weaker, with a limited selection.
