The food was good, the room was spacious and the location was fine; the unlimited towel supply in the bath area was a real treat and the hairdryer was much more powerful than any Japanese onsen I've visited. The laundry room was a bit cramped, had too few machines, and the line was long.

The dinner was amazing and the international staff were absolutely lovely; the waiters and cooks even waited for us when we were 20 minutes late. The onsen on the second floor was nothing special, the checkout time was early, and breakfast was only served for about two hours in the morning.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the spot is ideal with direct beach access. The restaurant hall felt cold, the lighting was chilly, and it got quite noisy when it was busy.
