“Great location, comfy bed”

Great location! The train / subway station just opposite (connect with the bridge). The washing machine in room is handy. Bed is comfy. Breakfast buffet could be better

“Incredible hotel with a view!”

The view was glorious, truly breathtaking and screams luxury. The included breakfast buffet daily was truly world class and I loved the freshly made pho available. Some of the finer finishes were a bit lacking. The carpet was weirdly not properly tacked down in places? There were no universal outlet adaptors, and the hotel convenience store to get a razor was a confusing 15 min walk away

“Comfortable”

Room was good size and had all the amenities. Room service was a bit disappointing. We asked for milk for our coffee and they didn't have it on the menu

Really appreciate the washer/dryer and drying rack in the bedrooms. Also appreciate the complimentary water daily and the coffee maker. Signage in elevators when gym is going to be closed for maintenance. Self serve food and beverage options purchased across from bar area should be allowed to be eaten there since this is where you pay for them
