Communication for the key hand‑over was excellent. The place was clean and pleasant. The spare bed was a mattress (sofa bed) that had to be unfolded on the floor when we arrived. The stairs creak loudly, making it impossible to move without waking the others.

The location, the surroundings, and the cleanliness are positives. The stairs are very noisy and you can’t respect others’ rest.
