Comfort Inn Chicago Schaumburg - O'Hare Airport

I was surprised by the $30 charge for the shuttle service.

Breakfast was good, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable, but normally breakfast is included; they charged $10 per person on top of the room rate.

“Hotel is great shuttle sucks!”

The hotel was beautiful & clean. The staff on duty was very helpful and there was a great restaurant within walking distance. I spoke with someone 3 times before booking at this hotel in regards to their airport shuttle service. The person or persons I spoke with never mentioned the shuttle hours, that we had to reserve the service or that there was a fee. When we landed at the airport we ended up having to take a taxi because the shuttle was not available. That was an expense we had not planned on. For 2 women traveling this could have become a very bad situation very quickly. The shuttle fees I felt were a little high but the service the next day returning to the airport were nice and the shuttle was very nice

“I disappointed after choosing to stay at this hotel.”

The room was too tiny and not clean; the refrigerator wasn’t working well, and the cleaning staff didn’t change the towel each day.

“The best place for the good price.”

I was in room 112, so it took me just a minute to get there 🫡 The woman at the front desk was very nice and professional, and everyone at the front desk was always ready to help us. Thanks 😊 The bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned properly.
