I booked four nights but left after the first because I couldn’t picture staying another night there. Anyone who thinks this is a four‑star hotel clearly hasn’t stayed in one; I spent one night, had to switch hotels and lost money. The facilities are old and filthy, the room is dark and gloomy with a disgusting bathroom, and everything—from the bed and windows to the door and air‑conditioner—is ancient and poorly maintained. The door lock is terrible and feels insecure. Breakfast could not have been worse, and the “double deluxe” room I supposedly reserved was neither double nor deluxe. The Wi‑Fi is painfully slow, which is almost laughable. They need a complete renovation before staying open and should stop claiming four‑star status; the photos are far from reality.
The shower kept dripping throughout my stay.

Central location. The included breakfast was very poor and repetitive, with no option to change or improve it. The towels were tiny and some areas needed better upkeep.
The square at the reception and the Frida Kahlo paintings are nice. The TV service was lacking.
