The room was comfortable. The pool had too much chlorine, which caused a rash for one person and bleach stains on the clothes from the chlorine powder at the edge. Breakfast was not good.
The rooms are nice and there’s a good pool. The only downside is that breakfast is only available on site, with no bread included, and there’s no option to eat at the property.

The reception was warm and helpful, and the pools are large and clean.

The location is great with new family rooms right by the pool and water slide. The beds are good, the shower is nice, and with our rental car we were conveniently located just outside the center of Semporna so we could lunch or dine in the town and visit the islands. A supermarket and a small but tasty burger place are within walking distance. You can buy ice cream and drinks at Chann and use the free washing machine. There’s a communal kitchen you can use (we didn’t). Chann can arrange transport to the port or airport. The staff were friendly and on our departure day, because of the evening flight, we were allowed to stay in our room for free longer so the kids could keep swimming and bridge the time until our flight. Nothing else. There are relatively many Chinese people staying, which is understandable given the owner’s background and the location in Semporna. Friendly people.
