The location is good, within walking distance of the city center. The room and bathroom were very clean. The hosts greeted us politely and offered coffee. They responded quickly to messages. The bed was very comfortable. It turned out that the air‑conditioning is shared among several rooms, which is odd and not mentioned in the listing. It is controlled from the hallway, so if you turn it off, it stops for everyone else. I preferred fresh air from the window, while other guests turned it on and the room became too cold for my taste. I had to keep it off, which also stopped it in the other rooms. This is quite inconvenient and impractical, because guests cannot all have the same temperature preference. The last night the hosts somehow cut the connection to the air‑conditioner in our room, leaving us without it, while it worked in the other rooms. I think the air‑conditioner should be controllable from each room separately. Aside from that, the place is good.
