The place sits within walking distance of the Balneario of Rincon, and the apartments were clean and comfortable. The pool was tidy, and the location offered a laundry room. Adding new chairs to the pool area would make it even better.

The spot is very central and quiet, and the experience was great—I’d definitely return.

The owner was very responsive, and the property was spacious and clean. It was a bit noisy because of the main road, but that didn’t bother us much, though it might for others. It’s nice to have a full, large kitchen. The bedroom is large enough for five people, ideal for a family. Parking was first‑come, first‑served. Coffee and food were just next door and across the street, and it’s close to Tres Palmas and other beaches. The pool area could have been maintained a bit better, but overall the location and the place were good.
