I was absolutely disgusted and the place was not clean at all.

The value for money, great location, and quick problem resolution made me want to stay again.

The bed was comfortable, but the cleanliness was a big issue, especially! There weren't many storage options, and the bathrooms didn't offer enough space to hang or store items. Plus, the street noise seeped into the room.

The location and practicality were fine, but the check‑in system had several silly glitches that made you wait, and they should invest in better software. The receptionists were friendly and always tried to help, even from a distance.
