The hot spring, its location, and the service attitude were all commendable.

Everything felt first class.

Everything was perfect and the hotel is close to Universal.

You can stroll to Universal Studios or hop on a train for just one stop, and the night view was spectacular; the car park costs extra but the free in‑and‑out access was convenient. The buffet could offer a wider selection, and because the seats are far from the serving line, getting food can be a hassle.

The hotel sits just a short walk from the station and a convenience store is nearby, plus the baths are natural hot springs. The buffet is pricey and I wish the menu had a bit more thought behind it.
