We’ve stayed here seven times, for a three‑star it’s brilliant. It’s getting a bit old now, and the new queue system in the dining room is horrendous – you can only leave the same way, definitely needs fixing.

The beach spot was spot on, the room felt fresh and modern, and the staff were always friendly and polite. The indoor pool, however, was nothing like the pictures on the hotel website, the overall décor felt a bit dated, and the breakfast lacked variety.

The area was good, yet a waitress at the restaurant was very rude; I received wrong info about dinner hours and was told to eat fast because they were about to clear the food. The bar had a long line and the drinks were subpar, making the price for just one night hard to justify—I'd not recommend it.

The location was excellent, staff were friendly, and the hotel itself looked beautiful; I liked the free water and apples at the front desk. Unfortunately, the rooms were infested with roaches—one crawled over my pillowcase and there were roaches everywhere. When I called the front desk, they promised to handle it, but the next night the infestation continued, with about 8 to 10 roaches roaming. They couldn't move us to another room because all were booked, though we were relieved we only stayed two nights.
