The staff was very friendly, but I had to go downstairs to the front desk to change my room because it looked used; the towels were on the floor. The new room had bugs, so I didn’t shower or sleep under the covers, scared of being bitten.

La ubicación estaba bien, pero la limpieza dejó mucho que desear: los pisos estaban sucios, los espejos estaban sucios, la cafetera estaba sucia y había mucho polvo en los detalles.

There was no breakfast and the kitchen wasn’t open to us; it was hot, there was no ice, and nothing was within walking distance, including the gym that the website claimed existed.
