The host was excellent and very coordinating. The amenities matched what was described on the website. In my case the room was on an upper floor, so I had to haul all my stuff up, but that was no big deal.

The accommodation has everything you need, simple setup, good value for the price. The washing machine is free to use. The location is great, with many restaurants and cafés nearby. The kitchen that should have been available to us was dirty and full of spider webs; it seemed unused for a long time.

“Friendlyness and great hospitality”

The owner was very friendly and flexible; we were exhausted after our flights and were able to stay a bit later than the check‑out time. Parking inside is available if you bring a car. Nothing else to note.

We really enjoyed staying at Arusha Guest House. The host was incredibly helpful, telling us exactly which bus to take from Colombo, which made traveling there much easier. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. The accommodation was perfect. There’s a shared kitchen where you can make tea or coffee, use the fridge, and even the washing machine, which was incredibly useful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Excellent value for money. It was the perfect place for our last night in Sri Lanka. Highly recommend!
