“Wonderful”

The hotel met all our needs, knew exactly what we wanted, the rooms were pleasant, and the service was too good; they gave us 1 ltr of complimentary water, the AC worked, the TV worked, and everything else was fine.

I was scammed by the property; they demanded a deposit, took my money, then cancelled the room and still haven’t refunded me. Completely shady.
