The check‑in was quick, the location convenient, and the maid, Mrs. Marichka, was pleasant. The room had everything needed, and there were convenience stores and a market nearby. We stayed on the 4th floor and sometimes had water issues, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

The people were friendly, polite, and caring. Check‑in was clear and fast. The area was tidy, the location convenient, and the apartments had everything required. No problems were noted.

The location was good and the price‑to‑quality ratio was solid. Cleaning was not frequent.

Thanks a lot to the hosts; the renovation is great, all furniture is new, everything is spotless, and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking. I highly recommend it.

Сподобалось все.Розташування супер, номер чистенький, в номері є все необхідне для комфортного відпочинку. Особливо велике дякую покоївці Марії,яка виконувала всі наші побажання,власниці вілли,яка нас поселила о 07,00 ранку та відповідала на всі наші питання. Приїзжайте в Поляну за гарними краєвидами та позитивними емоціями!!!
