“A fairytale city”
The property was stunning with genuinely helpful people working there. Breakfast was world‑class and the ladies went above and beyond every day, bringing me special treats after I ate, which was very kind. I was blown away by their hospitality. The hotel is in an amazing location—so central! Barış helped me organise balloons at the last minute and it was the most incredible experience of my life; I was very grateful for his help. A word of caution to female travellers—there is something I cannot say in a public review, so just a general warning.

The reception, the very typical room for the place, a decent breakfast, and a beautiful city panorama. The equipment was limited (no shower door, mold, etc.).
The hotel’s location is excellent, super close to the center and main restaurants. Baris (manager) was very helpful, giving us tips and helping to organise a balloon tour (which turned out cheaper than other agencies), and the hotel was very flexible with check‑in and check‑out times. Another highlight was the breakfast, which we found very complete with local food options, fruit, cakes and bread. Excellent value for money!
