The room I stayed in was spacious, fully renovated, and had a fantastic view; the service was good and cooperative. When we arrived, a staff member named Amineh was especially professional and helpful, providing all the fans she could for ventilation since there was no air conditioning, and she also dealt with the issue of supplying a mattress cover so my colleague could sleep on the mattress, correcting an unintended mistake by the hotel in not providing separate beds. This left a strong first impression of the stay, and the next morning the hotel manager confirmed that the other rooms did indeed have separate beds, making the experience great at this classic, renovated hotel. The breakfast was decent but could use a bit more variety in egg options; they only serve boiled eggs, which many people dislike because they have to peel them.

“Stay was comfortable and pleasant”

The interior décor was interesting, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was quite simple, and there was no iron in the room.

“Fijn gehad!!!”

The location was good, the room was well‑maintained, and the beds were good. The first stairwell, before you reach the lift, was confusing, and it was unclear which floor the hotel was on at the beginning.

“Would always stay here”

Had a large airy room, simply furnished with parquet floors. Good shower. Looked out over the Volkstheater and was in the annexe with a lift. Great location for local transport or for walking to museums. Excellent Georgian restaurant on the corner and lots of other restaurants in the neighbourhood. Tea/coffee machine in the hall. Nothing
