The apartment was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped for tourists, with quick and clear communication; I recommend it.
The spacious two‑bedroom room had somewhat dated renovation but everything was solidly built. The bathroom was superb—an actual bath, not just a shower! The central location was quiet.

Despite paying for a family room with a kitchenette, I was given a regular room instead. When I requested a refund for the difference, my request was denied. Furthermore, I was not informed that meals were included in my booking, which was misleading. To make matters worse, the actual room I was given was different from the one shown in the hotel's photos.

Laundry service was available, and the full‑board meals were home‑cooked, tasty, fresh, with generous portions. When we asked, they prepared a separate dish for our child who avoids dairy and fish. Overall the place felt quiet and cozy, perfect for a relaxed break, and we’re grateful to the staff for the warm atmosphere.
